Koala Kids is a planning and motivation tool for families and classrooms. It supports spaces, member profiles, missions, activities, rewards, bonus targets, badges, and invitations.

2. Eligibility and Responsibility

Adult users are responsible for the accounts, spaces, and member profiles they create and manage. If you create child or student profiles, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify the operator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for lawful and authorized purposes.
• Do not upload harmful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the app, bypass permissions, or access data that does not belong to you.
• Do not use the service in a way that could harm children, students, other users, or the platform.

5. User Content

You retain responsibility for the information, names, images, and other content you add to Koala Kids. You grant the service the rights needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the product.

6. Invitations and Group Management

Group admins and owners may invite adults, create local member profiles, and assign roles within a space. They are responsible for using those permissions appropriately.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Koala Kids is an organizational and motivational tool. We do not guarantee educational, behavioral, financial, or parenting outcomes from using the service.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features may change as the application evolves.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is misused, or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability
