Koala Kids lets adults create spaces such as families or classrooms, add member profiles, assign missions, track activity completions, manage rewards, set bonus targets, award badges, and monitor progress over time.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to operate those features, including:

• Account information such as email address, sign-in credentials, and basic profile identifiers for adult users.
• Space information such as family or classroom names, space images, and group membership.
• Member profile information such as names, avatars, role type, and whether a person is treated as a child/student profile.
• Content created in the app, including missions, rewards, activities, bonus targets, badges, comments or descriptions, points, and status history.
• Technical and operational data such as IP address, browser details, approximate device information, and basic logs needed for security, troubleshooting, and performance.

3. Children and Student Profiles

Child and student profiles in Koala Kids are intended to be created and managed by a parent, guardian, teacher, or other authorized adult. Those profiles are used to assign missions, track points, and show progress inside a space. We do not intend for children to independently provide account registration information without adult involvement.

4. How We Use Information

• To create and secure accounts.
• To run core product features such as assignments, rewards, approvals, badges, invitations, and group management.
• To display member names, avatars, and activity history within the appropriate space.
• To send invitations and service-related notices.

5. How Information Is Shared

Information is shared inside the product with the people who belong to the same family or classroom space, based on their access level. We may also share information with service providers that help us host the app, store files, authenticate users, or deliver email. We do not sell personal information for advertising or data broker purposes.

6. Photos and Uploaded Files

If you upload avatars or other images, those files are stored and used to display profiles and spaces inside Koala Kids. You should only upload images you are authorized to use and share within your group.

7. Invitations and Email

When an adult user invites another adult to join a space, we store the invitation details and send an email containing an acceptance link. Invitation records may remain in the system for auditing, security, and group administration purposes.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and satisfy legal requirements. If an account or space is removed, some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited time.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information stored in Koala Kids. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to limit access appropriately and reduce unnecessary collection.

10. Your Choices

• You can update many profile and space details directly in the app.
• Group admins can add, edit, or remove member profiles within their spaces.
• You can choose whether to upload avatars or use existing image URLs.
• You can stop using the service at any time.

11. International Use

If you use Koala Kids from outside the country where the service is hosted, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions.
